Located on the bluff, we overlook the famous Homer Spit, and are only minutes from the picturesque town center. Along with breath taking views of the mountains, glaciers and pristine waters of Kachemak Bay, we offer guests an ideally located, serene home-away-from-home. 

Bay Avenue offers single room accommodation in the Main House. If you are looking for more privacy the Bay Avenue Suite is a self-catering, separate house that shares parking with the main house.

Our home is one of the top-rated accommodations in Homer! Moose, eagles, sandhill cranes and other wildlife are among our regular visitors and can often be enjoyed from our spacious deck.

The scenic Homer Spit trail, The Farmers Market, Salmon Sisters flagship store, Beluga Lake Grill, Homer Brewery are all within easy walking distance from our door.
